Geological mapping, geophysical surveys and diamond drilling under SAMREC code. Independent competent persons sign off every resource & reserve statement before development capital is committed.

Stage

Extraction

Open-pit and underground operations across Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the North West. Fleet management, drill-and-blast, load-and-haul — all governed by the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Stage

Processing & Beneficiation

On-site crushing, milling, dense-medium separation, flotation and smelting partnerships convert run-of-mine ore into saleable concentrate, ferrochrome, washed coal and refined bullion.

Quality Assurance

SANAS-accredited laboratories assay every shipment. Each parcel travels with a chain-of-custody certificate covering grade, mass, moisture and Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) provenance.

Stage

Inland Logistics

Rail-led haulage via Transnet Freight Rail corridors to the ports of Richards Bay (coal), Durban (chrome, PGM concentrate) and Maputo. Road haulage is reserved for last-mile and time-critical loads.

Stage

Export & Customer Delivery

FOB and CIF Incoterms 2020 contracts with off-takers in the EU, China, India, Japan and the Gulf. Vessel nominations are coordinated with Transnet National Ports Authority on a 14-day rolling forecast.
